Lewes are back in FA Trophy action tomorrow
Where they travel to face AFC Totton in the second round, with The Rooks opposition sitting second in their division, having won nine of their opening thirteen league fixtures.
Elsewhere, AFC Uckfield are away to Copthorne looking to bounce back from a heavy defeat last time out, and continue their push up the standings, while Jarvis Brook welcome Ferring as they aim to reduce their three point deficit to league leading Rustington.
In the Mid Sussex Leagues, Rotherfield are in the Montgomery Cup second round away from home against Oakwood 2nd’s, as Ridgewood look to climb from the bottom of their division when they host Westfield.
Meanwhile, Buxted are again in cup action this weekend as they face Portslade Athletic at home in the Stratford Cup, while Plumpton Athletic will welcome Ditchling.
Lastly in the men’s, two teams carry on in the Tester Cup, with Newick at home to their league leaders Scaynes Hill, while Maresfield Village host Marle Park Wanderers from the division below, as Hartfield travel to face Welcroft Park Rangers 2nd’s in the league.
And in women’s football on Sunday, Lewes will visit bottom of the league MK Dons as they look to build some more consistent form to climb up the standings, while AFC Uckfield Town play away against second in their league Seaford Town.
Now to men’s rugby, second place Heathfield & Waldron are at home to Deal & Betteshanger, while fifth in the league Crowborough welcome Park House.
Carrying on in rugby, Uckfield currently sit top of their division and will face Worthing’s 3rd’s at home, as Newick host midtable East Grinstead 3rd’s.
Finally in women’s rugby, Sunday’s fixtures sees Heathfield & Waldron travel away to their league leaders in Dartford Valley, while Uckfield play at home against East Grinstead looking to claim their first win of the season after two defeats on the bounce.
