The UNSECO event will host sustainability experts, young changemakers and Michelin starred chef Mauro Colagreco
The landmark event, hosted by The Living Coast UNESCO Biosphere, will be open to the public offering a chance to explore how food impacts the climate and how different choices can create positive environmental change.
Attending experts will discuss the importance of buying local, sustainability, community and food choices and their impact on the environment. The event will take place at the University of Brighton's Wild House on the 27th of March where young changemakers will develop an action plan to bolster youth engagement in UNESCO Biosphere.
