The Ringles Cross in Uckfield closed this summer but is set to be reopened under new management.
The pub will be reopened by the owners of East Sussex Hog Roast, a catering company based in Peacehaven.
The new owners announced the news on Facebook, saying: "We're pleased to be able to announce that we have taken over The Ringles Cross and we are really excited to be opening soon!
