The small village pre-school has gone from good to outstanding in the latest inspection.
Broad Oak Pre-School has been judged 'Outstanding' for overall effectiveness, quality of education, behaviour, attitudes, personal development and leadership and management.
Unlike many other local pre-schools, Broad Oak is a set-up and pack away service that is set up daily in the local village hall.
Ofsted inspectors noted that "Children flourish and thrive in this inspirational setting." They went on to say, "Staff consistently prioritise children's emotional well-being- for example they ensure a familiar adult is always available to help reassure younger children which helps them feel completely safe and secure."
