Members of the Uckfield Dementia Forum, in association with Wealden Dementia Action Alliance have created a festive gift bag for those living with dementia this Christmas. It’s a great resource for you to work through with your loved one, friend or relative over the Christmas break.
The festive gift bag includes puzzles and crafts with a festive theme! The gift bag also contains information about local organisations who provide support within the Uckfield area.
You can collect your free pack at the Town Council office, upstairs in the Civic Centre, Uckfield, TN22 1AE. They are available to collect up until 5.00pm on Wednesday 21 December 2022.
