Eastbourne car fire being treated as suspected arson. A vehicle fire that occurred on Sunday, 7 June 2026, in Winchelsea Road, Eastbourne, is being investigated by Sussex Police as a suspected arson.

Time and Date: Emergency responders were alerted on Sunday, 7 June 2026, at approximately 11:12 pm.

Location: Winchelsea Road, Eastbourne.
Emergency Response: East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service quickly deployed one fire engine from Eastbourne to tackle the deliberate blaze.
