And ask questions about South East Water
South East Water customers and stakeholders are invited to meet its senior team, find out more about drinking water supplies in the region and ask questions about the company and its ambitious five-year £1.9 million investment plan, which is currently being reviewed by the regulator, Ofwat.
The 'Behind the tap: your drinking water questions answered' virtual meeting will take place from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday 12 November 2024.
Further information about the event can be found here. It is free to attend, and customers and stakeholders can register to join the event using this link. Questions for South East Water can be submitted in advance by emailing behindthetap@southeastwater.co.uk
All questions must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024. There will also be the opportunity to submit questions during the event itself on the live chat, but due to time constraints, priority will be given to pre-submitted questions.
Over recent years, the south east of England has seen a significant change in climate, a growing population and big shift in people's working habits that means more people are working from home, rather than perhaps commuting to London. More recently there have additional been challenges created by the cost of living crisis. All of these factors affect how South East Water supplies drinking water across parts of Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. This event is an opportunity to ask the questions that matter to our customers and stakeholders - everyone is welcome.
