The event at their location in North Chailey, is open to anybody interested in a career working with children and young people.
Chief Executive, Gareth Germer, said: "We believe that every child and young person should have the opportunity to pursue their fullest potential.
"Our staff are at the heart of what we do and they play a vital part in helping the young people here.
"Every year we support more than 200 young people and their families."
Support worker Rosie Boys supports Holly two days a week at Chailey Heritage
Rosie Boys joined as a Support Worker in January 2022 and supports Holly who is deaf and non-verbal.
Rosie said: "No two days are ever the same which keeps it interesting. The atmosphere is so vibrant; the staff are brilliant and we have so much fun with the young people who love the buzz and positivity of the place.
"If you're compassionate and fun, being a Support Worker is a really rewarding career.
"It's so satisfying to see a young person achieve something because of the support you give them, and working in such a fun, lively and positive environment is great for your wellbeing too."
The event is being held on Saturday 22 April between 10am and 12pm and gives the opportunity to talk with staff, find out more about the young people at Chailey, discuss career opportunities and learn more about the salaries and packages. They even plan to hold interviews on the day.
A Golden Hello of £600 is also offered to newly appointed employees for roles that involve working directly with the young people at school, in the residential bungalows or in the community.
