Chailey Heritage Football Crazy!

STAFF, volunteers, young people and their carers at Chailey Heritage Foundation went football crazy on Sunday!

They were delighted to be the charity partner for Lewes FC's FA Women's Championship game against Birmingham City Ladies.

Sadly, Lewes lost 4-0 but the charity - based in Mid Sussex - was thrilled that fans donated more than £200 in a bucket collection.

Fundraising Manager, Will Folkes, said: "We want to thank Lewes FC for kindly allowing us to have a presence at the Dripping Pan on Sunday.

"We had a great day and were made to feel so welcome by the club.

"Two of our young people, Anastasia and Sam, and their families helped out and they were invited to meet the players before the match started.

"Lewes FC's ethos is all about quality, and that certainly chimes with the ethos at Chailey Heritage Foundation."
