Go:ver Gym on the edge of Heathfield is opening it’s doors to the community for a free open day of taster classes and gym sessions.

The open day headed by director David Gover and his team of quality coaches, aims to encourage more people to give a gym a try in a friendly, no pressure, inclusive environment.
The gym on the edge of Heathfield is a privately owned, family run gym with a “No Ego” philosophy.
Classes members of the community can try include pilates, boxing, circuits, cardio combat, strong and more.
